We deliver our flowers on our vehicles to Toledo and Sylvania, Ohio! We offer direct flower delivery on our flowers only, and do not use FTD®, Teleflora™, or any other floral order consolidator or wire service when taking flower orders. We only deliver flowers ordered by our customers, and not by any other florist through any florist delivery network. If you order flowers from us for delivery to the Toledo OH area, you can be absolutely certain we will do our utmost to get your flowers to it's destination carefully, and on time.

1. Do you offer same day flower delivery?

• Yes, but exceptions do exist. Generally, same day flower delivery is available on orders placed before noon. However, we are a small, but very fast growing florist company, and we sometimes get inundated with flower orders. If you put in an order online for same day delivery, and we cannot deliver it the same day, we will contact you by either e-mail or telephone. Should you have any questions, please feel free to call or e-mail us. We'll respond promptly.

2. Do you deliver flowers on Sundays?

• On most Sundays, we do not make home deliveries, but will make deliveries to Toledo funeral homes and hospitals. We do make home flower deliveries on Sundays for major holidays such as before Christmas and Valentine's Day. We also make home deliveries on Mother's Day.

3. Do you deliver to Oregon, Maumee, Holland, or other areas besides Toledo and Sylvania?

• We try our best to deliver to some areas of Oregon, Maumee, and Holland. We deliver to St. Luke's Hospital and Maison-Dardenne-Walker funeral home in Maumee, but do not make home flower deliveries to Maumee at this time. In Holland, we can make some home deliveries that are close to the Airport Hwy exit off of US 23. Please call us to make sure we can deliver your order on time to this area!! In oregon, we deliver to the funeral homes, but do not deliver to areas out in Oregon near Lake Erie. We have been out there before, and wow, it's a lot of territory! Please note: requested delivery dates may not be met for these outlying areas!! Sorry, we cannot deliver to Perrysburg at this time. As our company grows, we hope to be able to service more outlying areas for flower delivery, so please keep our site bookmarked.

4. I need flowers delivered by a certain time of day...can you do it?

• If you absolutely need flowers delivered by a specific time, call or e-mail us. We try our utmost to make your delivery on time, and we are always willing to change our flower delivery routes to accomodate special delivery times. However, we cover a very large area for delivery (Toledo, Sylvania, all of Monroe County MI, and Flat Rock, which is part of Wayne County MI) and absolute guarantees are not possible. Prior delivery commitments determine our ability to make other timed deliveries. We understand how important your flower order is, and will not tell you we think we can make your timed delivery unless we're reasonably certain we can.

5. Do you have a guarantee on flower delivery times?

• Sorry, no guarantees on delivery times. Trains, accidents, vehicle breakdowns, and more can affect our ability to get to various destinations. We guarantee lowest delivered price on items such as long stem roses, but can't offer the same for being there at an exact moment.
